How long does it take to receive a custom order?

Custom orders typically take 2-3 weeks to process and ship, depending on the complexity of the design and shipping location.  Local pickup is the preferred delivery option.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

This is not something we offer at this time.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your custom item, we will work with you to ensure the issue is resolved.  Due to the customization of our items refunds are not applicable. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase.
